inside.hokiesports.com 21 For more than 30 years, members of the Hokie Representatives program have worked closely with the Virginia Tech Athletic Fund to provide much-needed help in their efforts to recruit and retain donors for Virginia Tech Athletics. Hokie Reps have been instrumental in helping the Hokie Club to grow its membership and share its story while raising support for our Virginia Tech student-athletes. In order to stay viable in today’s world, we recently transitioned the Rep Program to the digital space. With this update, we can streamline the program, providing easier access to all Hokies, near or far. Our Hokie Reps love to share the stories of why they support Virginia Tech Athletics, encouraging their friends and family to become involved with the Hokie Club. We are excited to see the continued impact of our current Hokie Reps and to add new participants as we strive to make this program more accessible to all of Hokie Nation. WHAT IS A HOKIE REP? A Hokie Rep is any active Hokie Club member who wants to help spread the incredible stories of Virginia Tech student-athletes, coaches, and athletic department. Hokie Reps will receive a personalized referral link to use while sharing opportunities with friends and family about how they can join in supporting Virginia Tech Athletics. This new site allows Hokie Reps to easily share information about the Hokie Club and track their referrals, which, in turn, will earn credits toward opportunities for exclusive VIP experiences, apparel, and keepsakes.
